XERF is the newest generation of radiofrequency skin tightening — a dual-frequency, FDA-cleared device that reaches three layers of skin in a single treatment. It does in one session what used to require two separate technologies (Thermage and Ultherapy), and most clients see visible tightening within 2–4 weeks as new collagen builds.
We added XERF because it's the first non-surgical treatment we've found that meaningfully tightens skin without injectables — which means it pairs with everything we already do, and stands on its own for clients who want lift and texture without filler.
Three depths, one treatment.
XERF uses two frequencies (6.78 MHz and 2 MHz) to reach the superficial, mid, and deep layers of skin in the same session. Older RF treatments only hit one depth at a time.

BEFORE YOUR TREATMENT
A few things to do in the days leading up.
XERF works best on well-hydrated skin. None of this is strict — just sets you up for better results and a more comfortable session.
i.
Hydrate, 2–3 days out.
Drink more water than usual the few days before. Skin that's hydrated tolerates the RF energy better and recovers faster.
ii.
Skip retinoids 3 days prior.
Pause retinol or exfoliating skincare products for 3–5 days before treatment 72 hours before your appointment. We'll tell you when it's safe to resume.
iii.
Come in with clean skin.
No makeup, no SPF, no serums on treatment day. We'll cleanse again on arrival, but starting clean saves time and avoids irritation.

Eat before you come.
Not strict, but treatments feel easier on a full stomach — especially if your package includes an IV.
AFTER YOUR TREATMENT
What to expect at each milestone.
You'll feel an instant tightening and a slight glow — that's collagen contracting in real time. This temporary tightening lasts a few days. Most clients head straight back to work.
Same day
The initial tightness softens. Don't panic — your skin is rebuilding underneath. This is the quietest stretch.
1–2 weeks
4–6 weeks
Real results show up. New collagen has had time to form. Skin looks firmer, more lifted, and visibly tighter — this is the result you'll keep building on with a Series of 2.
