WHY A HORMONE MEMBERSHIP
It's how we keep refills moving and dose adjustments simple.
Hormone protocols don't run themselves. You need refills, dose tweaks, side effect questions answered, and a clinician who actually knows your history. The membership exists because all of that is the real work of hormone care — and we'd rather build it into a flat monthly fee than charge you a visit fee every time you need a five-minute answer.

Refills don't require a visit.
You message us when you're running low. We review your protocol, send the refill to your pharmacy, and you don't lose half a day to a follow-up appointment for something that should take five minutes.

Dose changes are part of the membership.
If your TRT dose needs to come down, or we need to add something for sleep or estradiol — that's covered. We'd rather adjust early and often than have you pay a visit fee every time something needs tweaking.

You're not paying per question.
Hormone protocols generate real questions. "Is this side effect normal?" "Can I take this with my other meds?" Without the membership, every one of those is another visit. With it, you message us — we answer.

Same provider, every visit.
We know your history, your numbers, your goals, and the side effects you've already ruled out. You don't start from zero every appointment.
