Cancellation & No-Show Policy

We ask that you give us as much notice as possible if you need to change or cancel your appointment so we can offer your time to another patient.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment are subject to a $50 fee. A no-call/no-show is subject to a $100 fee.

Please complete all intake forms before your appointment. They're sent by email from Optimantra and may land in your spam folder, so check there if you don't see them.
